Send us one empty or cluttered room from a recent shoot. We'll send it back dressed — unbranded, full resolution, yours to hand straight to your client. One free sample per studio, no card, no call.

Drag the handle. Walls, window, view, radiator, chimney breast and door are pixel-identical on both sides — because on a real photo they have to be. An agent can't advertise a room that doesn't exist.

Unbranded, always

No watermark, no logo, no mention of us. It goes out under your studio's name because that's the point.

Back to you, not your client

We only ever email the file to the address you submit. We never contact the agent or the vendor.

Nothing structural moves

Floors, ceilings, fitted units, appliances and mirrors are left exactly as photographed. Only loose furniture and decor change.

Send one room

Landscape shots work best. HEIC straight off an iPhone is fine. You'll have it back by email, usually within a few minutes.

One room, one photo, up to 8 MB. Shoot it straight if you can — we keep the framing you give us.

What do you need doing

Clear removes the existing furniture first, then dresses the empty room. Stage only adds furniture to a room that's already empty.

Off the floorplan, if you have it. It's the single biggest thing that improves the result — tell us the room size and the furniture comes back genuinely to scale instead of estimated.
